Happy birthday!!

Hello everyone,

I'm always so excited to create the happy birthday card and especially when it comes to MFT Challenges.

It is always good to try out different sketches from MFT. I tried to keep it simple this time. With the star stenciling with ghost stenciling. And yes with the favorite colors pink, raspberry pink, chiffon yellow and jellybean green..

Hope you like it..

HBD!!

Hello everyone,

Those who know me, know how much do I love to party, be around with my people and friends..

Birthdays are special completely be it your friends or friend's children.. Good to see the little ones keep growing.

I decided to play around with my favorite mft stamps and have a party around.

I've created a little koala's birthday surrounded by all the little creatures excited to celebrate..

You're a catch!!

Hello everyone,

I love the interactive cards. As a kid I have always loved the mechanism of a lot things and the logic how it moves. DI was very excited to see the new Lawn fawn challenge of interactive cards.

I decided to use my new lawn fawn you're clawsome stamp set. The best thing about these lawn fawn sets are the lovely elements and so much detail. I created the background by using horizontal lines stencil and distress inks.

I tried to create a scene where the little boy helps his little girlfriend to reach the vending machine joystick πŸ•Ή and let's her get whatever she wants.. Doesn't that count as a keeper!! The girl being a girl tries to get as many toys as she wants. Life is fun when it's only fun..  And that's why the Sentiments Yay!! You're a catch ❤️❤️

I have created a pull tab mechanism, that claws the toys.. And added few shaker elements in the machine to add fun.. 😍

I hope this rekindles the childhood fun..

Be kind, be you!!

Hello everyone,

I have been quite away from cards from a few days. I have no idea why!! But yes getting back to crafting and creating for self is so relieving and rejuvenating..

Coincidentally I wanted to create an appreciation card for a lady who has been active involved in arranging donations for the poor.. What better way could be to create a card to acknowledge her kindness..

I came across the lovely altenew inspiration challenge for the month of June. The picture by Jaycee is so captivating with the brass singing bowl, incense stick and the teal stone.. Thats so oriental and eastern..

I picked up my new altenew cover die and my favorite old magnolias for her stampset. I die cut the brass colored cardstock to create the background. And then stamped the magnolias on the water paper color. I then used water colors and did some basic mixing of blue, violet and green to get the teal I was looking for. And then colored. I wanted to keep the magnolias bright and control the shading with the same tone.

So here's my card

I hope you like it :)

AAA cards: 6th birthday--CAS Card

Hello everyone,

I'm not even an year old in this card making community.. And I was so surprised to know that AAA Cards has six..

When I see so many crafters around especially ladies who are associated with this lovely art of card making.. I almost see myself doing the same even after 20 years.. And strive to keep this tradition of sending cards alive.

Wishing AAA cards a happy 6th and Jane the founder of this challenge. kudos for putting in so much effort..

I am a struggler with the  CAS card.. Although I love them so much..

I loved coloring these.. 😊 😊
Hope you like it tooπŸ’•πŸ’•
