Happy 29th | The Flower Challenge

 Dear Crafty Folks,

I created this card using the altenew poppy garden stampset. Watercolored the beautiful imagea of the poppy flower which was stamped using the Antique Linen Distress Ink on to the CrafTangles Watercolor Paper. And then using the CrafTangles Soul mate, Moss Green and Evergreen Liquid  Watercolors painted them. Once I was happy with the coloring I fussy cut them and the leaves.

To create the background I stenciled the CrafTangles Mandala stencil using the Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and then added the hexagonal die cut from the Gold Mirror Cardstock.

And finally keeping the sentiments simple with Scrapbook Thin number die cut the 29 from the Craftangles black Cardstock and put everyyhing together on to the top folding note card on Kraft using the Liquid adhesive and 3D foam tape.

Added some silver sequins and yellow nuvo drops.

Hope you like it.

Hello Crafty Folks,

Flowers are the best medium to say or send the thoughts of the heart isn't it.. I created this card using the simon says stamp spring flowers stamps set.

I stamped the flowers on the 180lb Neenah Solar White using the black dye ink and then colored using the Ohuhu markers.

I then fussy cut all the flowers and stuck them using the 3D foam tape. To complete the card, I stamped the sentiments onto the die cut heart because that's the challenge.

I hope you liked and got in 3 by my card. Don't forget to link in your entries at The Flower Challenge
