After a long time, I'm back with a CAS card.. They have a different charm for sure..isn't it!!

 Stenciled using Simon Says Stamp pebbles die and a few shades of distress ink.. I've stamped the little fish using masking and asked some patterns on them.. Hand drew the bubbles..
Then stamped the Sentiments by Lawn Fawn.
