Sending Smiles

 Hello Crafty Folks,

I'm super excited to finally spill the beans that I'm guest designing with Waffle Flower Crafts. The theme for the week is Pastel Rainbows and I decided to create a Hello Card.. Sending rainbow cheers to everyone..

I was inspired by the words 'Be the rainbow in someone's cloud' and clearly we all need some rainbows, smiles and happiness..

I started with ink blending on the Neenah Bristol White cardstock measuring 4.25x 5.5 inches. I used the distress oxides in Salty ocean and wild honey for the background. I then die cut some grass and ink blended some cracked pistachio distress Oxide.

I then stamped my characters from the Waffle flower crafts hello stampset using the memento black ink and then Copic colored them.

To create the rainbow I die cut 4 segments from the waffle flower crafts nesting circle dies and the ink blended using the Spun Sugar, Scattered Straw, Tumbled Glass and Wilted Violet distress oxides very gently using the blending brushes.

I then stuck all of it on the pre prepped cardstock with a lot of 3D foam tape to give it a good dimension. And the placed little characters into the grass.

To compete the look, I added the sentiments and added some clear nuvo drops and birds to complete the look.

I hope you liked it ❤️please let me know on the comments below.. And don't forget to check out what other designers have in store

Love! Isn't that we all want

Hello Crafty Folks,

The most simple things in life is Love and that keeps us moving through the hope and faith in future! And that it all about my today's card is all about. Featuring the blue and the pinks that repreent the complementing way of life.

Lets have a look

To make this card, on the Neenah Solar White Cardstock, I ink blended the distress inks in the colors: Peacock Feathers, Evergreen Borough, Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar. I then added some splatters of white, black and clean water to add some texture. I then ran it through Sizzix Wild Flowers 2 stem die cut.

I then stuck them together in the desired shape and tied it with the baker's twine.

After I was satisfied with my little bunch, I pasted with the liquid glue on the white panel measuring 4.25x 5.5 run through the Damask Embossing Folder. For the sentiments, I stamped the circular love sentiment from Tubby Craft and gold heat embossed it. Using the double sided tape, I stuck the sentiments over the bunch.

I hope you liked it! Please let me know in the comments below how you like it.
